Medical advisory committee
The hospital's Medical Advisory Committee meets regularly. The committee's
membership includes consultant representatives from each surgical specialty.
This committee offers guidance and advice on clinical practice.
In order to ensure the highest standards of care and patient safety,
consultants wishing to practice at the Claremont Hospital must apply for
practice privileges and prove that they satisfy a comprehensive set of criteria.
Each application must be approved by the Medical Advisory
Committee.
